Our Rates and Terms of Conditions
In our holiday apartments alpenglow and lush meadows in Mittenwald you can relax all year round:

All our rates are inclusive of statutory value added tax (VAT), the cost of electricity, water and gas on the understanding that there is resonable usage. Rates are without consideration of tourist taxes or spa taxes.
For short-term stays (less than 3 overnights) we charge a flat-rate of 45 € for final cleaning.
For an extra bed (only apartments alpenglow) we charge 10 Euro / day.
In the low season, you can relax even for only two nights at us. Rates for the the whole apartment house are available on request. Since all apartments are suitable for people with allergies, pets are not allowed.
Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 10.30 am on the day of departure. An earlier arrival or later departure is only possible after consultation.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments for reasons of fire safety. Please understand that smoking is only possible outside the building. In the case of smoking in the apartments, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of 200.00 €. In the case of very heavy contamination, we reserve the right to charge a separate cleaning fee at an expense.
For bookings up to 3 nights, a free cancellation is not possible. For bookings for more than 3 nights per apartment, a free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start of the service period (planned arrival). Should you cancel at a later date, or do not arrive without having to cancel, we will charge you 80% of the total amount.
We do not accept credit cards. The payment is possible up to the arrival day by transfer and PayPal. Cash payment is possible no later than the day of departure.
